Saturday and Sunday, October 12-13, 2012 at Fleamasters Fleamarket
Come celebrate the fall harvest season at Fleamasters' Annual Great Pumpkin Festival. This event will get bigger and better each year, making it a great time to plan a trip to Fleamasters or plan to sell at the market. Highlights include: Pumpkin Carving Competition, Pumpkin Farmer's Photo Spot, Pumpkin adoption and decorating at the Great Pumpkin Patch. Plus live entertainment on stage, games, face painting and balloon animals.

Great Pumpkin Giveaway Scratch and Win Official Rules
1) No purchase necessary to participate. When you visit the Fleamasters Information Booth at Blue 43 you will receive a scratch off game piece. Limit: one game piece per request. Get additional game pieces for each $10 purchase, up to $100, at participating Fleamasters snack bars and stores. Copies of the official rules are also available at all participating Fleamarket Store Locations or online at www.fleamall.com. Game begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 10/01/11 and ends at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 11/13/11, or upon distribution of all game pieces, whichever occurs first.
2) Employees of Fleamasters, Fleamasters Dealers and their immediate families (dependents under IRS definitions) are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be 13 years of age or over on or before 10/01/2011.
3) By claiming a prize, winner consents to Fleamasters Fleamarket’s use of their name and photograph in advertising without compensation. Further, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to not assert any claims and agrees to release Fleamasters Fleamarket, affiliated companies and third party prize contributors/suppliers from any and all liabilities, injuries or damages sustained in connection with the award or use of the prize(s).
4) Winners are solely responsible for reporting winnings and paying all applicable taxes. Fleamasters Fleamarket reserves the right to award cash or some other substitute of equal or greater value in lieu of the prizes.
5) Limit: Only one game piece per Fleamasters visit. Additional game pieces for each $10 purchase, up to $100, at participating Fleamasters snack bars and stores. Game ends once all game pieces are distributed or on 11/13/2011. No mechanically reproduced mail in requests will be accepted.
6) HOW TO PLAY: Scratch off the area indicated on your game card to see if you are an instant winner.
7) PRIZES: Fleamasters intends to award a total of 1,558 prizes. 30,000 game pieces will be printed.

9) PRIZE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS:
Instant win prizes can be claimed at the Fleamarket Information booth during market hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Fleamasters Fleamarket reserves the right to withhold a prize or disqualify any person who does not comply with these instructions. Prizes must be claimed no later than 11/13/11. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
9) SECOND CHANCE DRAWINGS:
Enter a second chance drawing for a 5th iPad 2 on Fleamasters Fleamarket’s Facebook page, or click on the entry button on Fleamall.com. Winner will be selected by random drawing at 5 p.m. 11/13/11. Participants in second chance drawing must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for the prize. Winner’s name will be posted on Facebook and will be contacted by e-mail or phone.
11) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Giveaway is open to all US residents, who are U.S. citizens or legal immigrants. Participants must be at least 13 years of age to qualify for any of the prizes. Void where prohibited / restricted. All federal, state and local laws apply. Paying and reporting taxes (if any) are the winner's sole responsibility. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged, except at the sole discretion of Fleamasters Fleamarket. Fleamasters Fleamarket is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or misdirected mail entries, or game materials. All submissions become property of Fleamasters Fleamarket. All game materials are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if any part(s) is forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, mechanically reproduced or modified, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain printing errors or omissions or are result of error. Liability for any irregular game material is limited to replacement of game piece while supplies last. Should more prizes be claimed in any category than offered in the rules, the prizes offered will be awarded in a random drawing among all verified prize claimants in that category. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility.
