WE ARE REOPENING NOVEMBER 4-5-6 TO THE PUBLIC!

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29
Thank you for your continued patience. We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening the weekend of November 4, 5, 6.  We now have the property in a condition that is safe to reopen your booths and welcome back the public!  Please read the below carefully to ensure a successful reopening.

You can come and access your booth starting tomorrow (Sunday, October 30) through Thursday between the hours of 9am-4pm to get your booth ready for reopening

PLEASE PARK IN THE West Parking Lot

Sellers whose booths are inaccessible and cannot reopen this coming weekend you will directly be notified by the office today (10/29)

Please follow any signage posted and do not access restricted/fenced off areas

There are small sections fenced off that will be closed until construction is completed.   We will have pardon our dust signage around the market and at these areas

Construction will be taking place Monday – Thursday and limited Fridays

We will be operating business as usual

All remaining events for the rest of the year will be taking place

We will be announcing to the public of our opening ASAP Again, we thank you for your continued patience while we rebuild.  Please stop by the office or call us at 239-334-7001 with any questions regarding accessing your booth for reopening.  Thanks, and we look forward to opening back up our doors to the public.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 17

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6
Thank you for your patience as we get the property to a safe condition for you to access your booths.  We have an update on booth access.  Please read the below carefully to ensure a seamless and safe process for all of us: 

Booth access will be granted beginning on Monday, October 10, 2022

A Team Member from Flea Masters will be calling you to give you your date and time to come to the market  

DO NOT come outside of the day or time given to you

DO NOT call us we will call you (if you call us, you will unknowingly bog down our phone lines)

Calls will be made Friday – Sunday to give you your time slot, please be patient as we must call all seller so   If you have questions, email us at info@fleamastersfleamarket.com (DO NOT CALL)

Access will be granted in 1 hour time blocks and groups

DO NOT come outside of the date or time given to you

You will check into the office before being escorted to your booth so you will NOT be granted access if you DO NOT check in

You MUST check in at the office upon arrival

You MUST sign a waiver at the office to get access to your booths

You will be escorted to your booths

You are NOT allowed outside of your booth area for your safety

Our number one priority remains the safety of our Team Members, sellers, and buyers at Flea Masters. We are working quickly to ensure the property is safe for sellers to access their booths.  We hope to have the property ready for access by the end of this week.  We will be sending emails and posting on social media when access is ready.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.  If you have questions, please reach out to us at

FRIDAY, SEPTPEMBER 30
Our hearts are with our neighbors and community as we all begin the long process of recovery. Fleamasters Flea Market sustained meaningful damage from Hurricane Ian. We will be taking some time to ensure that our market continues to be a safe and welcoming place for our guests and will be closed until further notice to make necessary repairs. We look forward to re-opening quickly and will share updates here. Please take good care of yourselves and we’ll look forward to welcoming you back soon.

FAQ

Will you be selling food?
We will have limited food stands open for now with to-go options.

Will there be live music/entertainment?  
There will be no live music or entertainment events at this time.

Will the rides be open?
No, the bounce houses will remain closed until further notice.

Are you monitoring capacity?
Yes, We will be monitoring the number of people coming in the gate and will adjust accordingly.

Do I have to wear a mask?

All team members and sellers are required to wear a mask.  All buyers are strongly encouraged to wear a face mask or face covering while at the market. We will have face masks for purchase at the office for anyone in need of one.

Can I practice social distancing at the flea market?  
We have signs around the market reminding people to stay 6’ apart and we will be monitoring social distancing. We ask everyone to remain mindful of our safety rules.

What is the market doing to ensure safety?  
We have enacted a comprehensive plan for the market that includes enhanced cleaning, line distancing, capacity restrictions, PPE for employees and vendors, shields at point of sale locations, signage encouraging safety practices and a number of other things.

How long will the market be closed?
The market will be closed until local and state officials inform us that we are allowed to re-open. We are monitoring the situation closely.  Our goal is to open as quickly and responsibly as possible.

How will I know when the market will reopen?
We will communicate reopening plans on our Facebook page as soon as we have a confirmed re-opening date and will ensure that vendors have time to rebook their spaces and prepare for the re-opening.

I’m a vendor – do I have to pay rent? Will I be getting a refund for prepaid spaces?
All prepaid spaces throughout the closure will be credited to your account.  Rent for monthly vendors will be prorated this month and for the duration of the closing and credited back to your account.

Can I access my space during the closure?
Vendors will be able to access their spaces by appointment. Please contact the office at (912)-927-4848 to schedule a time.

Will I have my same space when the market reopens?
If you reserved a space for the weekend we closed (March 28/29), your space will remain under your name in the system. When we reopen, that space will stay under your name.

If you did not have a space reserved prior to the closure, please contact (912) 927-4848 to discuss your location preference when the market re-opens.

Will the market remain secure during the closing?
All security personnel and procedures will remain in place at all markets throughout the closure.
